Furthermore, “Pura Agro” or “noi” operates an online store at the internet address Puraagro.ro (“website”). The use of this site entails the acceptance of the terms and conditions below. That is why we recommend that you read them carefully. We assume the right to change these provisions without further notice. All orders placed by you via the puraagro.ro site, as well as our deliveries or services are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Business established below, in force on the date of placing the order.
We do not accept any divergent terms or conditions from the customer, unless specifically agreed in writing.
The European Commission provides an out-of-court dispute resolution platform (ODR platform), which can be consulted at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. We are not willing to initiate dispute settlement proceedings with the Consumer Arbitration Commission.
2. Contracts
The languages available for contracts are Romanian and English.

By sending the order form (adding to the cart and completing the payment), you have a purchase contract with us.
We will send you an email upon receipt of your order, confirming the receipt of the order and order details (order confirmation). Please note that this confirmation is not a declaration of acceptance of your contractual request, but only for your information.
Confirmation of orders placed online is done only by e-mail. Orders are not confirmed by phone. The customer has the obligation to provide us with a valid e-mail address in order to receive the order confirmation. Otherwise, the client has the opportunity to place an order by phone with one of our consultants.
A purchase contract between you and PuraAgro will become effective only after we have accepted the request by shipping the ordered products.
PuraAgro has the right to refuse any offer without explaining a reason, especially if there are legitimate reasons to suspect that the goods purchased online are intended to be resold.
3. Cancellation policy
Due to customs regulations and transport costs, we cannot issue substitutes and we do not accept returns for items shipped to addresses outside Romania.
You can cancel the purchase contract within 15 days without having to state the reasons, provided that the product (s) is not a non-returnable product, open or used.
In case you want to cancel or return the products, you must inform us at the email address info@Puraagro.ro, and explain the reasons.
Failure to pick up packages
If a customer does not pick up the package ordered and it’s his fault, we reserve the right not to send packages to this customer again, except for advance payment. We are not responsible for situations in which the package is returned to us due to wrong address or because the recipient did not pick up the package. The customer has the obligation to enter the correct address in the order and to pick up the package sent by our company. The refund of the amount paid in advance can be made at the express request (and in writing) of the client, but the client will receive the remaining amount after deducting the expenses related to the return of the package (these being paid by us) and bank fees.
The shipping company is solely responsible for the shipments. We take responsibility for shipments until they are picked up by shipping companies. Any complaint regarding the shipment will be brought to the shipping company.
4. Prices, product presentation, availability
The prices mentioned on our Puraagro.ro website apply on the date of the order.
The products offered by the Puraagro.ro website are presented on the website in the form of digital photos of real products. Minor discrepancies between presentation and actual products do not qualify as a defect in the ordered goods.
If you ordered several items at the same time, the products may be delivered at different times.
Usually, most products are in stock. However, sometimes situations may arise when a particular product appears available in stock online, but does not physically exist in the warehouse. The customer is notified about this aspect, and if he made the payment online with the card, the value of these products will be refunded in full in the account attached to the card with which he was paid.
5. Promotional code
Promotional codes have different validity periods and are applicable for the purchase of any product available on the website. To determine the validity period, see the document that contains the promotion code.
Exchanges or refunds of promotional codes that were part of a marketing promotion or that you may have received on behalf of Pura Agro are not permitted.
Settlement of promo codes is not permitted outside of the standard return term stated in our terms and conditions.
Pura Agro reserves the right to cancel or block the promotion code, if deemed necessary for legal reasons. For example, in case of loss or incorrect use of the promotion code.
If you use the legal right of return, you will only be refunded the amount you actually paid, i.e the exclusion of the payment amount equal to the amount of the promotional code.
If you return only one of the items in your order, the value of the promotion code will be adjusted accordingly and only the amount relevant to the returned item will be refunded.
6. Storage of contractual data
We store your order data. You will receive an e-mail order confirmation in which all the details are mentioned ( details entered after the completion of the transaction) , from comenzi@puraagro.ro. If you want to print the order, you can do so by printing this confirmation email.
7. Delivery and Payment
DELIVERY
The delivery method of Pura Agro products is by parcel. The products are delivered with Urgent Cargus within 24-48 hours from the time of the order shipment.
We do NOT deliver by Romanian Post.
The cost of transport is 30 lei (VAT included) throughout the country.
We inform you that the prices of the products can be changed at any time. Check the final sale price before purchasing a product. If the prices displayed for some products are not updated, when ordering such a product, the customer will always be notified before processing the order about the price that has been updated. No order is sent to the customer if the displayed prices do not match the current prices without his consent.

9. Product return
In the case of food products, ONLY unopened and undamaged products are accepted for return. According to the legislation in force, the customer can return the products within 15 days. Shipping costs caused by the return are borne by the customer in accordance with the law. The money on the products returned by the customer will be returned by bank transfer within a maximum of 5 days from the receipt by Pura Agro.
