– 1000 g wheat flour;

– 100 ml milk / vegetable milk
– 500 ml of lukewarm water;
– 1 sachet of yeast powder;
– 1 teaspoon salt;
– 1 teaspoon sugar;
– 2 tablespoons PURA NATURAL hemp oil;
Method of preparation:
Mix the PURE NATURAL hemp flour with wheat flour and the yeast is added with sugar and a little warm water. Leave to rise for 5 minutes, then knead well, gradually adding the mixture of lukewarm water, milk and salt. At the end, add the PURE NATURAL hemp oil and incorporate it into the dough. Leave to rise for 10 minutes, then place in the pan and leave to rise for another 10 minutes. Baking takes 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
